Our beehives are placed in the forests of Lebanon in the mountains, on an elevation between 300m and 1000m between May and July where the bees forage from the Oak trees sweet secretions, thyme and wild flowers around.
Thick, rich, intense honey, mildly sweet. Best enjoyed alone in the morning. Rich in micronutrients as iron and calcium, enhances metabolism, and fights anemia.
